Holiday Basket     Form/ Checklist  Online ordering until December 7!!!!!

The baskets will contain 2 lbs. of Satsuma mandarins, 1 lb. Pink Lady Apples,  1 lb Asian Pears,  1 lb. roasted and salted pistachios, and 1/2 lb. of shelled walnuts along with a greeting postcard from Terra Firma.  Emergency substitutions are not expected but are allowed.

<>Non CSA members are welcome to purchase baskets for themselves or as gifts.   The gift basket orders need to be prepaid.   They  can't be charged to a CSA account.  If you're paying by any other way than check we'll need you to order online using paypal.   The Holiday baskets will not be distrubuted at any pickup sites, they will be delivered by Priority mail.

We need the Order form and payment to come together, so please Choose One:

To order a holiday basket online and pay by paypal:   1. Send a paypal   payment (more directions below) for the total of your order(s).  If your paypal payment comes under another name than listed here, mention the payee name you'd like your order matched to.  2.  Cut and paste this form into an e-mail and then fill it out  ~including "Holiday basket" in the subject line~   to me~ Valerie at Goldenbell@aol.com.      I normally won't download e-mail attachments so please just include the form in the body of the e-mail.    December 7  is the last day to order online.

To mail in a Holiday Basket order and pay by check:  1.  Make check out for the total of your order, and 2.  fill out the form or forms and mail it by December 1 st with your payment to P.O. Box 836 Winters, CA 95694. As with any correspondance or payment do not leave it at your pick-up site.   It is not possible to order online and pay by check so be sure to mail this form together with your payment by December 1st.

 The Holiday Basket package will arrive with your name on the shipping label as the gift sender.  If you would like to we can personalize it in two lines of 36 characters each.  There is no gift card message that can be personalized, but you can send a separate greeting announcing the gift directly to the recipient.  Because the basket is fresh fruit and perishable, they will know to pick it up right away if for some reason the postal service can't leave it at their home.
