How do I join?
If

are interested in joining Terra Firma's CSA:
1)
Read our Policy
Letter , print it out, and sign it.

month.

with your pickup site and box size choice. |

signing

Please notice that payments
and signup
information has to come together, whether online or in the mail, in
order
for the account to open.

The box price is based
on delivering 50 boxes per year for every week subscribers. In
December/early
January we take two weeks off. The monthly price is the same
every
month, even when you have five deliveries in one month. Accounts
are billed for the monthly rate on the first, you may prepay any three
months for the quarterly rate at anytime, and if you need to cancel you
will be refunded.

choice and let her know you're paying for a new account. There
are
two types of paypal, one time payment and subscription or automatic
payment
where you can set paypal to automatically make your payment for
you.
Paypal is just a tool you use to pay us. We have no access to
your
account, what is sent, or when.

A quick note on:
Payments are due by the first of
the month. Unless you take a vacation or make some changes to
your
box size, the amount due is the same every month. An account
sheet
is available at the pickup site each week stapled to the sign off form,
which will let you know your account balance. Statements are
being
e-mailed automatically once a month, but due to faulty design in the
accounting
software not everyone has been able to download them
successfully.
You can view them from a PC if your virus protection happens not to
change
the extremely sensitive file. Please rely on the sheet at the
pickup
site and understand Valerie can't e-mail statements by individual
request. Many of our members prefer to use Online
Bill Payment services through their own bank, but start up payments
need to accompany a sign up sheet so I'll be able to create an account.
Vacations: We're growing
the
veggies for you based on a monthly subscription, and the credits for
vacations
are proportionately small. This reflects the cost to us of the
unused
produce, and we are hoping to discourage overuse of vacations.
Vacations
are credited as $10 for Small, $16 for Medium, $21 for Large.
Upgrades/Downgrades:If you'd like to try
another size box, you're welcome to switch for a week. This can't
be a contstant adjusting of size boxes because it is time
consuming
for us and troublematic, but for a one or two time trial please allow
us
to arrange a trial box for you . Upgrades are $9 per
increment. To go from Small to Large is $18, or reverse is an $18
credit. You may just add or deduct from your next payment due.
